Contribute thought leadership that reflects current trends, best practices, and actionable HR strategies.

Collaborate with the Proactive HRM editorial team for topic alignment, revisions, and publication scheduling.

Ensure all submissions maintain professional tone, factual accuracy, and alignment with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Background in Human Resource Management, Business Management & Administration, Organizational Development, or related fields.
• Strong writing and communication skills with demonstrated expertise in HR or business-related topics.
• Ability to translate complex HR concepts into clear, engaging, and practical content.
