Job Title: Contract Specialist
JOB OVERVIEW
The Contract Specialist will support the Legal Department and General Counsel in the drafting, review, negotiation, administration, and lifecycle management of commercial and operational contracts. This role requires strong contract management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, regulatory, quality, finance, and clinical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting legal operations in a life sciences, healthcare, or medical device environment and be comfortable working with customer-facing, vendor, and compliance-sensitive agreements.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Contract Drafting & Review
Draft, review, and revise a broad range of agreements using approved templates and playbooks, including:
Capital equipment purchase and pricing agreements
Distributor and reseller agreements
Service, maintenance, and support agreements
Vendor, supplier, and manufacturing agreements
Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
Consulting, advisory, and independent contractor agreements
Evaluation, demo, and clinical use agreements
Ensure contracts comply with company policies, risk tolerances, and regulatory requirements.
