Our client, a respected and growing commercial general contractor, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support construction legal operations, contract administration, risk management, and compliance across a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a construction-savvy legal or contracts professional who wants to play a strategic role in strengthening contract operations while building a long-term career with a growing organization.
The Contracts Manager will oversee the administration, organization, review, and coordination of construction-related agreements while supporting risk management and legal operations throughout the project lifecycle.
Working closely with Operations leadership, Project Management, outside legal counsel, insurance partners, subcontractors, and vendors, this role helps ensure contracts are properly executed, compliance requirements are met, and commercial risks are effectively managed.
This position offers significant long-term advancement opportunities into senior contracts and legal operations leadership.
We're seeking a construction contracts professional who understands that strong contract administration protects successful project execution.
The ideal candidate has experience reviewing and administering construction agreements, identifying contractual risks, and maintaining exceptional document control throughout the project lifecycle.
