Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Contracts and Compliance Manager with experience in the IT Managed Services or IT Consulting industry. This role will oversee all aspects of contract lifecycle management and corporate compliance within a fast-paced, client-driven technology environment.

As a dedicated hire for contracts and compliance, this role will develop and implement frameworks to ensure AMSYS's service agreements, vendor contracts, and onboarding processes are compliant, efficient, and risk-averse. This person will be a trusted partner to leadership, technical delivery teams, and our legal counsel to ensure consistent execution and protection across all engagements.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management or compliance, preferably in an IT MSP, VAR, or IT consulting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of service-based contracts (MSAs, SOWs), cybersecurity clauses, and IT vendor agreements.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, legal, and finance departments.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and IT audit standards (SOC2, ISO, NIST).
  • Experience managing compliance and onboarding documentation for multiple client environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and educate cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as DocuSign, CLM software, vendor management systems, or Microsoft 365 compliance center.
