Santa Barbara Infrared, Inc. is currently recruiting for the position of Contracts Administrator. The Contracts Administrator's primary responsibility will be to administer and verify contracts and associated paperwork and will perform general and administrative tasks.

Minimum Qualifications: HS Diploma; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

M-F (Full-Time, On Site)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and retrieves contract documents and ensures compliance with company policy as well as relative laws/regulations.
  • Responsible for contract management and administration, including data entry.
  • Monitors existing contracts and associated paperwork to ensure timely renewals.
  • Supports Export Compliance, Program Management and provides Visual support for manufacturing.
  • Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as creating and/or maintaining documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visual, scanning, e-filing, filing, photocopying and collating.
