ABC Supply Co., Inc., the largest wholesale distributor of construction materials in North America, is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join its Beloit, Wisconsin-based in-house Legal Department. This role is responsible for supporting the administration, review, tracking, and lifecycle management of contracts in accordance with Company policies and legal standards. This position plays and important role in the Company's contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes and serves as a central point of coordination for contract intake, documentation, negotiation, storage, and compliance. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, track, and route contract requests in accordance with Company contracts review and signing policies.
  • Administer and maintain the Legal Department's CLM system, including accurate intake, storage, and retrieval of contracts.
  • Monitor contract deadlines, renewal dates, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare, revise, and format contracts and related documents using Company-approved templates and forms.
  • Proofread contracts and identify inconsistencies or deviations from Company standards for escalation.
  • Coordinate with attorneys and business stakeholders to obtain necessary information and approvals during contract review.
  • Ensure contracts are processed in compliance with Company standards.
  • Support training and guidance for business teams regarding proper contract submission and documentation processes.
  • Maintain accurate and complete digital contract records and related Legal Department files.
  • Other special projects and administrative or operational duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, legal studies, paralegal studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in with contracts, CLM systems, and working in standardized contract templates and approval workflows preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Work Excel and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong IT knowledge and ability to quickly learn new software skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and properly prioritize pending tasks.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • An overall positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics, and an ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
  • Self-motivated and able to work efficiently, either independently or in a team.
