The candidate must confidently lead projects end-to-end, manage third-party vendors, ensure contract compliance, and navigate SOWs and change requests.
They should adeptly assess vendor quotes, identify inflated pricing, recommend rescoping or rebidding, and track costs to support leadership decisions.
