Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) & a consultant for their aligned workstream, using strategic thinking and problem solving skills to ensure a smooth and streamlined process while working to resolve unforeseen logistical and onboarding issues
2. Consults with Talent Management, HR Tech, Global Security, BAN, and others to ensure a smooth and streamlined process for the aligned workstream while fostering a partnership with Recruiting Team and other team members
3. Managers the coordination and facilitation of all recruiting and HR events and complex transactions
4. Masters recruiting, events, & onboarding coordinator responsibilities. Manages complex recruiting transactions and logistics through planning and consultation
5. Owns and analyzes ongoing review of the aligned workstream to maximize efficiency. Identifies opportunities to improve process and partners closely with HR partners
6. Mentors and coach other crew members. Supplement and support on the job training
7. Promote relationship management and proactively fosters effective communication. Anticipate clients' needs and ensures client satisfaction related to the services being provided
8. Handles a variety of recruiting and new hire transactions. Follows the appropriate escalation process for complex transactions requiring management support
9. Participates in special projects or performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
" Undergraduate degree required or equivalent experience
" Minimum of three (3) years of business or HR experience
" HR professional certifications strongly preferred
" Intermediate knowledge of HR policies and procedures is preferred
" Demonstrated organizational, time management and problem solving skills
" Excellent relationship and project management skills
" Strong written and oral communication skills
" Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple initiatives under pressure while using strategic thinking and problem solving skills
" Ability to effectively work independently as well as in a team environment
" Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
