Job Title:
ERP Implementation Consultant (Contract)
Pay: $40/HR
Job Description:
We are seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant to assist our client through a key software transition. This is a short-term contract opportunity with potential for extension or full-time hire based on performance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on ERP experience—preferably with ContractERP or a similar Microsoft-based platform—and will help streamline operations, train internal staff, and guide the company through its system go-live and stabilization period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute ERP tasks and workflows as the business transitions to a new system
- Collaborate closely with internal finance and operations teams to support purchasing, invoicing, and project management tasks within the ERP
- Work directly with software vendors to troubleshoot and ensure accurate system integration
- Assist staff with learning the new system and completing daily responsibilities within the platform
- Create and manage purchase orders, invoices, and other key documents in the ERP system
- Support the system go-live date and post-launch stabilization
- Provide guidance based on past ERP implementation experience, especially within construction, hardware, or security industries
Qualifications:
- Previous ERP implementation or user experience required (ContractERP preferred, but other ERP systems acceptable)
- Familiarity with Microsoft-based ERP systems and business processes
- Experience in construction, door hardware, or security services is a plus
- Strong communication and training skills to assist team members with onboarding and daily system usage
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Immediate availability strongly preferred
Additional Details:
- Contract Length: 2–3 months with potential for extension or permanent placement
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
