We are seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist/Sourcer for a 3-month assignment to identify, attract, and secure top talent across insurance functions such as Underwriting, Claims, and Corporate roles.
Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment process—reviewing profiles, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and hiring—while collaborating closely with hiring managers and sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, ATS, and other channels.
Qualifications include 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in P&C Insurance roles, with strong relationship-building, strategic sourcing, and autonomous work skills. Experience with iCIMS ATS is preferred.
