We are seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist/Sourcer for a 3-month assignment to identify and attract top talent across insurance functions, including Underwriting, Claims, and Corporate roles.
Qualifications include 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in P&C Insurance roles, with skills in sourcing via LinkedIn, ATS, and other channels. Knowledge of iCIMS ATS is preferred. The pay range is $50-$60/hr.
