Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist/Sourcer

We are seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist/Sourcer for a 3-month assignment to identify and attract top talent across insurance functions, including Underwriting, Claims, and Corporate roles.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from reviewing profiles to negotiating offers.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on recruiting strategies and maintain open communication throughout the process.
• Partner with senior specialists to source candidates and build strong talent pipelines.

Qualifications include 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in P&C Insurance roles, with skills in sourcing via LinkedIn, ATS, and other channels. Knowledge of iCIMS ATS is preferred. The pay range is $50-$60/hr.
