The Contract Support Analyst will support vendor onboarding and customer communications during a critical business transition involving customer re-onboarding and a company name change. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, customer communication expertise, and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Onboarding & Documentation
- Complete and process vendor re-onboarding requirements for existing customers.
- Prepare and submit:
- W-9 forms
- Vendor registration forms
- Insurance certificates
- Supplier portal registrations
- Other customer-required documentation
- Ensure all onboarding documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the re-onboarding process.
- Contact customers via phone and email regarding the company's name change.
- Provide supporting documentation to assist customers in updating vendor records.
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries.
- Maintain detailed status logs of onboarding activities.
- Monitor outstanding requirements and follow up as needed.
- Track progress to ensure timely completion of all onboarding activities.
- Collaborate with:
- Finance
- Legal
- Operations
- Obtain required approvals and documentation for customer onboarding requirements.
- Escalate complex onboarding issues or contractual concerns to the Sr. Contracts Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 1 3 years of experience in:
- Vendor Management
- Contract Administration
- Customer Service
- Related fields
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with vendor/supplier portals.
- Knowledge of:
- Lab Services
- Life Sciences
- Facilities Management industries
