The role involves drafting and negotiating various contractual agreements, managing contract execution, ensuring regulatory compliance, and monitoring subcontractor performance.
Ideal candidates have at least five years of government contracting experience, knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations, and strong negotiation skills.
Preferred experience includes supporting technical or R&D contracts, IP review, and working with research institutions.
Work may be remote or in-person, with occasional travel and extended hours. No direct reports are required.
