The Presidio Trust is seeking a Contract Specialist to join its Procurement Department. Reporting to the Supervisory Contracting Officer, the Contract Specialist performs a wide range of pre-award and post-award contracting functions involving construction, professional services, maintenance, natural resources, parking, shuttle, transportation, and task order contracts. The role independently plans, develops, and administers acquisitions of moderate complexity; provides acquisition support and guidance to program staff; and ensures compliance with applicable procurement policies, regulations, and contract requirements.
This is a full-time, remote position with benefits. The starting salary range for employees based in San Francisco Bay Area is $98,795 to $112,751, depending on experience and qualifications. Salary for employees based outside the Bay Area may vary based on location. Applications received by July 3, 2026 will receive first consideration.

Background Check
This position is subject to an employment background check which shall consist of a review of applicable county, state and Federal criminal and civil records, state bankruptcy indexes, driver’s license, education, employment history, and credit report. An individual’s granting of a background check and resulting report is voluntary. However, employment is contingent upon the successful completion of an employment background check. This position requires the completion of the U.S. Office of Government Ethics (OGE) Form 450, Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, both as a New Entrant into the position and annually thereafter.
