Job Summary
Hiring Range: $59,092.80 - 75,064.08/Year. It is anticipated the hiring rate offered will be +/- the midpoint range depending on qualifications.
Port Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) is currently seeking a dynamic professional to join our team! This position is responsible for supporting the Engineering department in preparing, reviewing, and coordinating the department's project and contract documents during the design, solicitation and construction phases of the Port's capital and maintenance programs, maintaining the proper records for projects, and providing general administrative support to the department. This position works closely with project managers, procurement personnel, contractors, consultants and other internal PCCA staff to ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures.

Are you 18 years or older?

Minimum two years formal education or equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management or Public Administration, from an accredited college or university required. Do you have this level of education?

Experience in public-sector procurement requirements, capital improvement programs, infrastructure projects, or construction contracts required. Do you have this experience?

Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in an engineering or construction organization preparing and processing specifications and contract documents is required for this position. Do you have this experience?

A successful candidate must be familiar with construction terminology, engineering specifications, contract documents and/or project delivery methods. Do you have this knowledge?
