Job Title: Contract Specialist Associate
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Initial Contract through 09/30/2026 (Strong possibility of extension)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist Associate to provide contract administration and contract lifecycle management (CLM) support for a large-scale contract cleanup and data management initiative. This role will focus on reviewing, organizing, tracking, and maintaining contract records while ensuring accuracy and compliance within the contract management system.

The ideal candidate will have prior contract administration experience, strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of contract-related data in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities
  • Review, organize, and maintain existing contract records.
  • Upload agreements and supporting documentation into the contract management system.
  • Track contract status and maintain accurate records.
  • Generate reports and provide updates regarding contract progress and completion.
  • Perform data entry and contract documentation management.
  • Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets and contract databases.
  • Support contract lifecycle management activities and contract administration functions.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist with management and maintenance of low-risk vendor, supply, equipment, maintenance, and service contracts.
  • Support contract execution and contract activation processes.
  • Assist with Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contract administration activities.
  • Ensure contract records remain accurate, organized, and audit-ready.
  • Perform additional administrative and contract support duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications Education
  • Associate Degree OR Paralegal Certification
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of contract administration, contract specialist, legal assistant, contract coordinator, or related contract management experience.
Skills
  • Strong contract administration and document management experience.
  • Excellent data entry and organizational skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of progressive contract administration experience.
  • Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
  • Experience supporting procurement, vendor, supply, service, or equipment contracts.
  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
