Contract Negotiations (30%)Prepare, negotiate, and execute contracts with public and private entitiesEngage Risk Management and/or Legal Counsel during negotiations3. Contract Management (15%)Oversee agreements and contractual documentsResponsibilities include:Collecting and reviewing vendor documentation (e.g., tax status, insurance, banking info, surety bonds)Ensuring compliance with contractual terms4. Document Records Maintenance (15%)Manage and maintain contract-related documents:ContractsInsurance recordsBonding informationUtilize District's Record Center, Shared Drive, and other repositories5.
