• Education Requirements: Valid RN license from a recognized state nursing board
• Certifications Requirements: BLS certification, ACLS certification (preferred but not mandatory), State-specific nursing certifications as required
• Experience Requirements: Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Progressive Care or similar unit
• Other Requirements: Ability to work 3-12 hour shifts, strong clinical skills, excellent communication skills, reliable transportation or housing solutions, flexibility to work days or nights, adherence to hospital policies and procedures
