Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery
Position Type: Travel
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Compensation: $2003 - $2413 | Shift: 3x12 Rotating

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of both mother and baby throughout the labor and delivery process.
- Implement the Standards of Nursing Practice, which include assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care tailored to varying clinical needs.
- Deliver holistic care to patients and their families across the life cycle.
- Develop and update patient care plans, coordinating efforts among various disciplines.
- Engage in shared accountability and decision-making regarding nursing practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in high-risk labor and delivery settings is essential.
- Proficiency in fetal monitoring and antepartum care is required.
- Familiarity with the Epic electronic health records system is necessary.
Working Conditions
This position involves travel and requires adaptability to different clinical environments and team dynamics.
