About the Role:
Nest Home Care LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Contract Reviewer and Manager to join our growing team in Owings Mills, MD. This is a critical role where you'll oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with company goals. Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal agreements
- Manage contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, renewal, and termination
- Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Maintain an organized contract database and tracking system for deadlines and renewals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, and leadership teams
- Identify and flag contractual risks, discrepancies, and areas requiring legal review
- Support vendor and partner relationship management through contract oversight
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contract management, contract administration, or a related legal/compliance role
- Strong knowledge of contract law, terms, and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience in healthcare, home care, or a related industry is a plus
