6 week training-Training schedule 6.30 am – 3 pm (PST)
Vacation time as we are not to allow any time off 10/15/2026 – 12/07/2026
They must know how to operate a windows 11 operating system with dual monitors, Attendance is a must as it is like a condensed collage course, must be able to work independently, & must have good communication skills
• Schedule for training- 8:30am – 5:00pm CST with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Work schedule- 7:30am – 4:00pm CST with a 30-minute unpaid lunch

Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in Contracts. Issues tend to be routine in nature. Good knowledge and understanding of Contracts and business/operating processes and procedures. Reviews and analyzes implementation materials to create documents for new and existing business. Analyzes benefits to ensure they are in compliance with legislation. Loads benefits into system. Researches, coordinates information, and responds to questions from internal partners and/or external clients. May be the first point of contact from customer to resolve issues. Identifies process improvements for own cases. Negotiates deliverables with internal partners. May audit accounts to determine compliance with specific mandates. Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision.

Qualifications:
Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
1 + years’ experience data entry or relevant experiance
