Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Contract Recruiter to support a large-scale retail hiring initiative. This role will focus on full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly positions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and experienced in managing aggressive hiring targets while delivering a strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly retail roles
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates in a timely manner
Maintain a consistent onsite presence to partner with hiring managers and support daily staffing needs
Represent the organization at career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines effectively
Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Meet hiring goals, including staffing a large number of positions within a defined timeline
Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Collaborate closely with operations and leadership teams
Required Qualifications:
35+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments
Experience recruiting for retail, hospitality, or similar fast-paced industries preferred
Strong sourcing skills with a proactive, hunter mentality
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively
Experience supporting hiring events and conducting in-person interviews
Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Positive attitude with strong relationship-building skills
