Facility Services firm is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to lead and enhance their HR functions. Candidates should have 5-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including working directly with employees and developing HR processes. This temp-to-perm role offers a compensation of $38-$42 per hour.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer execution
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, calibrate profiles, and set timelines
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
- Conduct candidate screenings to assess experience, skills, and fit
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure stakeholder alignment
- Maintain ATS accuracy and provide regular updates on pipelines, market trends, and hiring insights
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or facility services is a plus
- Spanish speaking ability is a plus
- Willingness to work in-office five days a week
