This Contract Recruiter position supports large IT and engineering contracts through full life cycle recruiting.

Located in Washington, DC; Lexington, MA; or Atlanta, GA, the role involves recruiting for IT, engineering, acquisition, and management positions, screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating open houses, and providing regular status updates.

Candidates should have 3+ years of experience recruiting for IT roles supporting Federal government clients, especially Air Force programs, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience using social media for sourcing, connections to DoD organizations, and familiarity with formal recruiting processes are preferred. The role requires strong communication skills, independence, and US citizenship.

This is a contract (LLC or Corp-to-Corp) opportunity supporting large government contracts.
