Position Title:
Contract Procurement Specialist - (26141609)
This non-partisan position is responsible to ensure compliance with the Montana Procurement Act, associated rules, policies, and the Branch's procurement delegation agreement. This position provides oversight, coordination, and strategic direction for all procurement and contract management activities within the Branch, ensuring integrity, transparency, and regulatory compliance across all procurement and contract functions.

This position is eligible for telework on a hybrid basis, the employee must reside in Helena area and be able to come into the office on a routine basis.
