PSCI-LIA, a fast-growing 8(a), SDVOSB, and woman-owned small business, is seeking a Contract Manager for an upcoming contract.
Position Summary:
The Contract Manager (CM) is the contractor's single point of accountability for daily performance of the California Air National Guard's Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP). The CM has full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters, works through the COR to resolve issues and receive technical instructions, supervises the DDRP Specialist team performing on-site urinalysis testing, ensures compliance with DAFMAN 44-197, AFMAN 44-198, DoDI 1010.01, and DoDI 1010.16, and is the installation's primary point of contact for DDRP testing, prevention, education, and outreach.

Compensation & Benefits:
Starting base salary $95,000. Total compensation includes benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, professional development, life/disability insurance, travel reimbursement) Compensation contingent on LIA contract award.
