Contract Manager / Client Services Manager

New Orleans, LA | On-site client-facing leadership role

Location: New Orleans, Louisiana with regular on-site presence at client facilities

LATG is seeking a senior Contract Manager / Client Services Manager to lead a high-visibility managed services engagement supporting a major Louisiana public sector. This role is ideal for a proven IT services leader who thrives in complex, mission-critical environments. The ideal candidate will direct contract execution, lead a large multidisciplinary team, and partner closely with client executives to strengthen service delivery and long-term strategic value across help desk, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and specialized technical services.

What you will lead:

  • Own end-to-end contract performance and serve as LATG's senior point of accountability to the client's IT leadership for service delivery, task order execution, and operational outcomes.
  • Lead and align multidisciplinary teams across IT Operations.
  • Provide executive-level weekly and monthly reporting on service metrics, staffing, system availability, operational risks, and security-related issues.
  • Drive accountability, service quality, and continuous improvement across personnel, processes, deliverables, and client-facing outcomes.
  • Lead continuity of operations planning.
  • Direct emergency response coverage.
  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships through clear communication, proactive issue management, and quarterly operational reviews.
  • Develop and retain top-performing talent through coaching, career development, succession planning, and engagement strategies.
  • Lead transition and stabilization efforts to establish the governance, and trust needed for long-term contract success.

What you will bring:

  • Ten (10)+ years of IT leadership experience, including at least five (5) years overseeing complex IT services contracts, programs, or similar scale.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, blended teams across multiple service domains.
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills, with the ability to brief senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in public-sector is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site at client facilities in the Greater New Orleans area and maintain a consistent executive presence.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Security & Certification Requirements:

  • Successful completion of pre-employment and client-required background screening

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification from the Project Management Institute
  • ITIL 4 Managing Professional or ITIL 4 Strategic Leader certification
  • Experience leading delivery on public-sector services contracts.
  • Experience with environments that include Microsoft 365, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, and Microsoft Azure
