Contract Maintenance Supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or vocational training related to maintenance preferred
  • Certifications Requirements: MT Boilers License, First Aid/CPR certification, OSHA Safety Certification
  • Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of supervisory experience in maintenance or facilities management, experience working in hospital environments preferred, demonstrated ability to lead maintenance teams effectively
  • Other Requirements: Ability to work 8a-5p shifts, strong leadership and communication skills, physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, basic proficiency with facility management software, valid driver’s license

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and oversight of maintenance activities within the hospital facility.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
  • Document maintenance procedures, inspections, and work orders accurately.
