Position Title: Contract Maintenance Manager
Area of Requirement: Evans Army Community Hospital (EACH) Fort Carson, Colorado (Colorado Springs)
Scope of Position:
The Contract Maintenance Manager (CMM) serves as King Georges (KG) senior on-site representative and has full authority to manage all operations, maintenance, repair, and facility management activities performed under the contract. The CMM directs contract execution across Evans Army Community Hospital and all supported medical facilities, ensuring continuous 24/7/365 support, regulatory compliance, safe operations, Joint Commission readiness, quality performance, and customer satisfaction. The CMM leads all key personnel, coordinates directly with the Contracting Officer, COR, Facility Management, and hospital leadership, and ensures all maintenance activities comply with DHA, NFPA, OSHA, EPA, UFC, and Joint Commission standards.
