Number of Staff – 14 each shift
Type of staff:
o Day Shift – (1 charge, 4 RN, 4LVN, 4PCT, and 1 unit clerk)
o Night Shift - (1 charge, 4 RN, 4LVN, 4PCT, and 1 unit clerk)
Patient Ratios – 1:5-6
Type of equipment – tele, VS, glucometer, scales, etc. Basic for a MedSurg floor.
EMR - Meditech
