• Education Requirements: Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Illinois
• Certifications Requirements: CPR certification, Basic Life Support (BLS), and IV certification (optional but preferred)
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an LPN in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting
• Other Requirements: Ability to work night shifts, strong communication and interpersonal skills, physical stamina to work long shifts, and proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
