• Education Requirements: A valid state-specific RN licensure is required.
• Certifications Requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC (preferred), NIH.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of ER experience.
• Other Requirements: Proficiency in Epic electronic health record system, ability to interpret cardiac rhythms, skilled in PIV start procedures, and handling cardiac gtt and vasopressors. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a high-acuity environment are essential.
