Our client, a global leader in professional information services, is seeking a contract Document Specialist to join their team in Dover, DE. This position plays a critical role in supporting corporate document retrievals, filings, and business compliance services for clients nationwide.
About the job:
* Process client requests for corporate filings, business registrations, and public record documents
* Manage orders from initial request through fulfillment and follow-up
* Obtain certificates of status, conduct business name availability searches, and retrieve public records
* Prepare, review, and file corporate documents including:
* Respond to vendor inquiries and requests via phone and email
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of client orders
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the fulfillment process
About you:
* 1+ years of administrative, customer service, operations, document processing, or related experience preferred
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Dynamic communication skills with an ability to provide superior customer service
* Proven experience working in MS Office, including Excel
* Detail-oriented worker who takes pride in producing accurate results
* Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
* Strong problem-solving skills and can think critically when issues arise
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
