Job Overview
The Contract Director (CD) is the senior manager responsible for overseeing and ensuring the successful performance of all contractor work outlined in the Statement of Work. The CD is the primary liaison between the Contractor and the Government, holding full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor. They manage contract execution, personnel, workload coordination, quality control, and ensure compliance with standards, procedures, and performance requirements.

Job Requirements
Mandatory
Minimum five years of supervisory experience in time‑sensitive, service‑oriented functions.
Of those five years, at least three years must involve successful management of service activities comparable in scope and complexity to this contract.
Comprehensive knowledge of:
General administrative/support services
Business administration
Human resources management
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently or under general senior management direction across all contract performance phases.
Authority to act fully on behalf of the Contractor for all required work and services.
