Overview

Responsibilities

  • Review contracts to accurately determine the term and expiration date of each agreement.
  • Follow established procedures to archive contracts, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
  • Analyze contract documents, record relevant term details, and process files for secure archiving in accordance with company protocols.
  • Ensure attention to detail, adherence to compliance guidelines, and proper management of confidential information.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, organize, and analyze contract data effectively.
  • Coordinate with team members and maintain accuracy throughout workflow.
  • Perform light lifting, including moving, carrying, and organizing boxes with contracts.
Requirements
  • Zero years of minimum experience required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to perform light physical tasks including moving and organizing boxes.
