Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Service & Support Analyst to review customer contract redlines, service agreements, warranties, SLAs, and support obligations. The role works closely with Sales, Contracts, Service Operations, and Technical teams to assess risk, ensure compliance, evaluate product eligibility for support renewals, and provide accurate contract recommendations.
