Contract Analyst - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Contract Analyst - Hybrid (Mon - Wed in office, Thu & Fri WFH) for a contract position with a Major Energy Company located in Tulsa, OK. This is a 6-month contract opportunity.

Rate $28.00 - $33.00ph W2

This role involves preparing, analyzing, and administering third-party service contracts across the organization, including technology, operations, and consulting agreements. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, attorneys, and procurement personnel to ensure contracts are processed in accordance with company policies and procedures. This is a hybrid position requiring work in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, with remote work on Thursday and Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, analyze, route, and administer legal documents for third-party service contracts
• Analyze, prepare, review, and process contracts, records, and related legal documents
• Research legal documents to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures, including insurance, credit, cybersecurity, and data privacy requirements
• Negotiate contract terms and provisions as required, escalating non-standard issues to senior analysts or attorneys
• Utilize contract administration software for daily work, maintaining databases and imaging systems
• Provide information, guidance, and assistance to internal customers regarding contract requirements and processes
• Compile and analyze reports for management, attorneys, and other company personnel
• Prepare and obtain all approvals, waivers, and vendor information, including certificates of insurance and prequalification documents

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience working with contracts involving information technology, pipeline operations, leases, consulting, and other commercial agreements
• Working knowledge of basic contract concepts
• Experience with contract management databases, imaging systems, spreadsheet, and word processing software
• Knowledge of contract law or contract preparation, business communications, and records maintenance
• Experience reading and understanding legal documents, contracts, forms, and manuals
• Experience conducting research and preparing contracts, records, and reports
• Experience interacting, negotiating, and communicating effectively
• Paralegal or other relevant legal experience
• Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English

Pay range: $26.30 - $36.30 per hour
