Contract Analyst
Location: Canonsburg, PA or Houston, TX (Hybrid – In office Tues/Wed/Thurs, remote option Mon/Fri)
Contract Length: 6 Months
Pay Rate: $30/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
We are seeking a Contract Analyst to support the Supply Chain team in managing and organizing supplier contracts. This is a temporary project role focused on contract uploads, data accuracy, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring experience with Coupa or other contract management/ERP systems, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Upload supplier contracts and associated metadata into the contract repository system.
Maintain and update contract records to reflect amendments, renewals, and terminations.
Ensure contract data aligns with internal standards and naming conventions.
Support reporting related to contract data uploads.
Assist with process improvement initiatives to streamline contract data management.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to contract administration.
Strong attention to detail with contract documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively across departments and with managers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
Organized, proactive, and reliable in handling time-sensitive work.
1–3 years of experience in contract administration, procurement operations, or data management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Experience with Coupa, contract management systems, or ERP tools preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field helpful but not required.
