Education

Experience
2–5 years of experience in contract administration, legal support, financial services, or a related field.
Experience within the automotive finance, leasing, or lending industry is preferred.
General accounting knowledge and experience preferred.

Responsibilities
Audit, review, and accurately enter lease and retail contracts into the portfolio system on a daily basis.
Draft, review, and administer contracts related to leasing, financing, vendor agreements, and customer documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, renewals, terminations, and supporting documentation.
Monitor contract performance and ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled by all parties.
Coordinate with Legal, Sales, Risk, and Operations teams to facilitate contract approvals and execution.
Identify potential contractual risks and escalate issues as appropriate.
Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.
Track contract milestones, deadlines, renewal dates, and key deliverables.
Assist in the enhancement of contract management processes, procedures, and systems.
Perform general accounting-related activities as required.
The Contract Administrator is responsible for auditing, reviewing, and maintaining lease, retail, and financial service contracts while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely entry into the portfolio management system. The primary objective of this role is to audit and input lease and retail contracts daily with a high degree of accuracy.
