We're looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team - the backbone of seamless project execution. You'll ensure every document is organized, accessible, and compliant, keeping our project managers and customers connected and informed throughout the project life-cycle. This is a hybrid position that is based in one of our HUBs or Regional Office locations. What will you do? Liaison between legal and Branches to review and move contracts toward execution Review and send all service and project-related contracts to Legal Dept. for approval and negotiations if needed. Act as point of contact for contract customers as well as responsible for the smooth administration of all Branch department contracts within the US. Assist in contract negotiations when necessary Work with Risk Management to ensure risk is reduced for SEBA and the Branches Process all Platinum Rule Exceptions through bridge Front Office (bFO)/Salesforce for corporate approval when needed. Track all projects and follow-up with customers, Legal and/or sales staff when status is needed. Process all project-related Certificates of Insurance (COI's), NDA's, Master Subcontracts, Payment & Performance bonds, Bid bonds, Bid Documents and Bid Pre-qualifications when requested via Smartsheet.
