The Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager leads and implements lean initiatives within a manufacturing plant to drive efficiency, safety, quality, and waste reduction. Reporting to the Plant Director, they develop improvement plans, facilitate Kaizen events, and coach employees on CI tools like 5S, SMED, and Standard Work. They analyze financial data, track KPIs, and ensure compliance with food safety and GMP standards. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication skills, and experience with Lean methodologies, preferably in food/beverage manufacturing. The CI Manager fosters a culture of continuous improvement, collaborates cross-functionally, and maintains a pipeline of improvement projects.
