Partner with plant teams to identify, prioritize, and eliminate losses related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
Develop financial justifications, support cross-site projects, and communicate progress to leadership.
Must have 7+ years of manufacturing experience, 4+ years leading improvement programs, and expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and data analysis. Willingness to travel 60% or more and operate in manufacturing environments with physical demands.
Compensation ranges from $107,000-$156,000, with benefits including health, retirement, career growth, and work-life balance support.
