Ecolab is hiring a Continuous Improvement Engineer to support our Total Productive Maintenance efforts at our Fresno, TX facility.

 

In this vital manufacturing role, you will help lead Ecolab’s Production System’s highly visible Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) transformation as we drive a cultural shift in how we continuously improve.  Expect to implement rapid change, be a hands-on team builder, and lead individuals and teams through the change process.  Gain recognition as you apply your competence in TPM.  This is the perfect job if you are self-motivated and have a bias for action and a sense of urgency to drive improvements and culture shifts in manufacturing excellence.

What You Will Do

·       Help implement Ecolab’s Production System’s highly visible TPM Strategy within the plant using TPM methodology

·       Responsible for the implementation of data analysis and loss elimination

·       Participate on the steering committee, TPM pillars, and improvement teams

·       Drive the High Performance Work Team (HPWT) program to support TPM pillars and people development

·       Complete audits according to the required framework to guide the on-going TPM progress

·       Contribute as a member of the regional TPM Community of Practice

·       Train others and lead teams using TPM methodology and tools

·       Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

·       2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (Process, Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred)

·       Experience applying the TPM methodology (including 5S and autonomous maintenance) in a manufacturing setting

·       Experience in coaching, leading cross-functional teams, and acting as a change agent

·       Experience with Power BI data analytics, tactical and strategic planning, and project management  -- Ability to pull dashboards and collect data

Preferred Qualifications

·       3 years of experience applying the TPM methodology (including 5S and autonomous maintenance) in a manufacturing setting

·       2+ years of experience in coaching, leading cross-functional teams, and acting as a change agent

·       2+ years of experience with data analytics, tactical and strategic planning, and project management

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $65,800.00 - $98,700.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
