Job Summary:
This role provides essential operational support for a contingent workforce program, ensuring smooth daily operations. You will collaborate with internal teams and a managed service provider, handling worker requests and resolving issues. Additionally, you will contribute to audit processes and special projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the contingent workforce program.
- Support managers with program guidelines and policies.
- Monitor and approve new worker requests.
- Act as the primary point for issue resolution.
- Streamline worker onboarding and offboarding processes.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience with HCM and VMS systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
This role requires experience in HR operations or staffing, ideally within contingent workforce management.
