Job Summary
Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a Content Specialist to join their team! They are looking for someone who has experience with supporting content editors in publishing their content into a CMS. This team works through 70 articles a week and about 10-15 articles a day. A strong candidate will have experience working in or with a CMS system as well as working hand in hand with content editors. This job will require data entry of articles, assets, images, and embedded links into our clients proprietary CMS system.

Core Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end publishing process, including gathering assets, formatting, and ensuring timely, error-free publication
  • Coordinate with internal teams to acquire necessary assets and prepare content for publication
  • Maintain accuracy within multiple CMS platforms and internal systems
  • Manage project set-up and routine queries
Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves)
  • 1+ years of professional content entry experience
  • 1+ years of CMS authoring
  • Basic understanding of tools like WordPress
  • Strong command of Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
  • Automotive knowledge
  • Prior regulated industry experience

Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $25 and $35. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
