Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Content Specialist on a contract basis to join the Media Ops team within the Scaled Ops Department. This role is crucial for onboarding hotel partners with quality and efficiency by building and quality-checking content for hotel property pages. The Content Specialist will work closely with the Content Ops Lead to adapt to various partner setups, anticipate needs, and ensure high-quality content scaling. Comfort with AI-assisted tools is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adapt workflow to each partner's connectivity setup, acting as a quality checker for integrations and executing full builds where needed.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner's setup to proactively anticipate requirements.
  • Identify and report recurring blockers, content gaps, and partner-specific quirks to the Content Ops Lead.
  • Manage multiple property builds concurrently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Create room-level content for hotel property pages according to established structure and quality standards.
  • Utilize AI prompts to draft, refine, and iterate on room descriptions and supporting copy, ensuring human review for accuracy and tone.
  • Tag and organize photography at the property and room level.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience in content production, editorial, marketing, hospitality, or a similar field.
  • Strong written English with excellent grammar, spelling, usage, and punctuation.
  • Comfort with AI-assisted writing tools and a willingness to learn prompting techniques.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage structured workflows and multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for spotting inconsistencies in copy and imagery.
  • Basic comfort with photo organization and tagging.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications.
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset.
Industry Experience:
Hospitality, travel, or e-commerce experience preferred but not required.
