Content & Revenue Manager

Legends Global - Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center & Champions Square

Position Overview

The Content & Revenue Manager plays a pivotal leadership role across the Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Champions Square campus. This position oversees day-to-day business operations, drives event bookings, manages promoter and partner relationships, and supports financial planning and performance for all venues. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, exceptional relationship-management abilities, and deep experience in large-scale event operations.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Event Operations

  • Monitor core operational functions across the full campus, including food & beverage, public safety, facility maintenance, guest traffic flow, technology, ticketing resolution, parking, and crowd management on event days by serving as on-site point of contact during events, using radio communication to escalate issues to the command post or department leads for immediate resolution.
  • Analyze historical sales, attendance, and operational data to optimize staffing, streamline processes, and enhance the event-day experience.
  • Partner with the in-house food & beverage team to confirm concessions plans and evaluate historical and industry per-cap data, buyer tendencies, and genre demographics to maximize revenue and avoid overstaffing.

Financial Planning & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly financial forecasts (KPIs) for corporate review and develop detailed post-event summaries, including F&B performance, ticketing results, parking metrics, and merchandise (NSRs).
  • Produce preliminary net revenue projections following each event to support leadership decision-making during settlements and dispute resolution.
  • Pull event payroll hours for inclusion in post-show reporting to verify adherence to departmental staffing plans.
  • Create internal pro formas to project net event income and evaluate profitability for the General Manager and department directors for event prospecting.
  • Support the Director of Finance in preparing the annual budget, including event projections and departmental budget worksheets for non-event expenses.
