We're working with an early-stage AI startup building a modern revenue intelligence and workflow automation platform for GTM teams.
The company is scaling quickly and looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help lead storytelling and content creation across written, video, and social formats. This is a highly hands-on role focused on creating content that resonates with revenue leaders, supports pipeline growth, and helps shape the company's market presence as the team scales.
About the Role
This is not a “manage one channel” type of content role. We're looking for someone who enjoys building content systems, repurposing ideas across multiple formats, and operating in a fast-moving startup environment with a high level of ownership.
You'll work closely with leadership, growth marketing, demand generation, events, and sales to turn customer stories, webinars, product insights, and market conversations into compelling content across multiple channels.
What You'll Do
Create and manage content across video, written, and social formats
Produce customer case studies, customer interviews, and storytelling content
Repurpose webinars, podcasts, and long-form content into short-form videos, social posts, blogs, and email content
Help grow and maintain the company blog, YouTube presence, and LinkedIn content strategy
Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews and manage the content process end-to-end
Collaborate cross-functionally with growth marketing, events, sales, and design teams
Use performance data, customer conversations, and market signals to inform future content ideas
Leverage AI tools throughout the content creation workflow to improve speed, quality, and output
Operate with a high level of autonomy in a fast-paced startup environment
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in content marketing, content creation, storytelling, or related roles
Strong written communication skills and the ability to create content that feels thoughtful and human
Comfortable producing and editing video content using tools such as Premiere, Final Cut, Descript, CapCut, or similar platforms
Experience creating customer-facing content, including case studies, interviews, webinars, or thought leadership
Ability to manage projects and content workflows independently
Strong understanding of how B2B content supports brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline generation
Demonstrated use of AI tools within professional content workflows
Startup or high-growth company experience is strongly preferred
Comfortable working in-office 5 days per week in San Francisco
