Our client, a Fortune 100 technology organization specializing in business productivity and application platforms, is looking to hire a Content Marketing Manager in Sunnyvale, CA.

Pay Rate Range: $75 to $85/hr on w2, depending on experience

Responsibilities: 
  • Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager to own content marketing end-to-end for a leading global technology organization. This role will drive content strategy, creation, scaling, and quality across a portfolio of products used by businesses worldwide.
You will define what content is needed, ensure it is created to a high standard, and deliver it through the right channels to drive engagement, conversion, and adoption. A key focus will be leveraging AI-powered tools to scale content production while maintaining exceptional quality, clarity, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Define Content Strategy
  • Translate business priorities, product messaging, and go-to-market plans into a clear content roadmap
  • Support product launches and feature releases with the right content assets (web, campaigns, supporting materials)
  • Identify content gaps across customer personas and lifecycle stages
  • Develop content to support thought leadership, customer stories, and organic discovery
2. Scale Content Production
  • Leverage AI tools to create scalable, efficient content workflows (prompts, templates, automation)
  • Build repeatable systems to produce high-quality content across channels
  • Streamline content processes from draft to publication to improve speed and efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely content delivery
3. Own Content Quality
  • Ensure all content meets high standards for clarity, accuracy, tone, and effectiveness
  • Review, edit, and refine content created by team members and AI tools
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve overall content output
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice and messaging across all assets
4. Maintain Content Accuracy & Coverage
  • Establish processes to keep content up to date across products and audiences
  • Identify and address outdated or inconsistent content
  • Ensure strong coverage across key topics relevant to customers
5. Create High-Impact Content
  • Develop key content assets such as web pages, articles, and launch materials
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Demand Generation teams to deliver effective content
  • Create content that drives measurable outcomes (traffic, engagement, conversion)
  • Analyze performance and optimize future content strategy
Requirements: 
  • Required Qualifications
  • 5–10+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, or editorial roles
  • Strong experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments
  • Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies aligned with GTM initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and scaling workflows
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Demand Gen, etc.)
  • Experience tracking and optimizing content performance metrics (SEO, conversion, engagement)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in high-growth or global technology companies
  • Familiarity with developer platforms, business applications, or cloud technologies
  • Background in creating thought leadership and customer storytelling content
