Content Manager - Video & Social Media

About the Role 

We are looking for a hands-on Content Manager to own video and social media for a 20-year luxury construction company. You will plan, film, edit, and publish daily short-form and weekly long-form content across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn. From stunning project transformations to behind-the-scenes craftsmanship, you will bring the story of building dream homes to life. 

This is a high-ownership role. You will post natively, engage with our audience, pre-filter incoming leads, track performance, and iterate based on data. Our founders show up as talent on-site--you handle everything from planning to publishing. 

What You'll Do 

• Research topics, write hooks, manage the content calendar 
• Film on-site at luxury construction projects (transformations, craftsmanship, client reveals) 
• Edit long-form videos (8-15 min) and short-form clips (15-60 sec)
• Create titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and end screens 
• Repurpose founders' expertise into reusable content 
• Publish daily across company and founder personal accounts 
• Maintain a consistent, high-volume posting rhythm 
• Respond to DMs within 24 hours and pre-filter qualified leads 
• Use automation tools (e.g., ManyChat) to engage viewers and surface warm prospects 

What You Bring 

• Portfolio showcasing long-form and short-form video you fully owned
• Strong pacing, captions, and visual storytelling instincts 
• Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube strategy (titles, thumbnails, retention), and basic analytics
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Descript, or CapCut 
• After Effects, drone, or gimbal experience is a plus 
• Comfort with DM workflows, automation tools, and basic lead qualification
• Ability to leverage AI tools to build workflows (preferred) 
• Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and initiative
